Disclaimer of warranty

Any use is made at the user’s own risk. i-Tego makes no warranty and disclaims all liability for any damage whatsoever resulting from the use of the application or its documentation.
The documentation has no contractual value. Although we strive for accuracy, documentation, specifications and operation may not be mutually in accordance and may vary without constituting a breach of our obligations.

No compensation or repair may be due by i-Tego to users or to third parties whatever the cause.

User engagement

Commitment to good conduct

The user agrees to make good use of the application, to respect netiquette and the law. The publisher reserves the right to prohibit the access of a user whom he considers not to respect the good use of the Internet or to block any device making abusive connections or using in an abusive manner the application. In these circumstances, the publisher may delete the account, the subscriptions then being lost. This without warning or justification and without compensation of any kind. The same effects can result from the action of automatic protection devices.

Good use of QR codes

The QR codes presented on this site and the associated labels cannot be affixed in public or private places or on any medium without the express authorization of the owner, the community or the administrations concerned and must comply with any regulatory constraints as well as the good neighborly rules.

The QR code used on this site meets the ISO 18004 standard, the format of which was made public in 1999 by Denso-Wave under a free license. An abusive use by a third party of a QR code identical to one of those presented on this site can not therefore engage the responsibility of the publisher as to the supply of this code, since it can be freely created by means of tools widely distributed on the Internet. In fact, the QR code only writes in a particular form the URL of the target page, which is publicly known in principle on the web.

The user of this application has full control of the target URL of the QR-Codes that he has created by means of this site, which he alone can modify. He therefore owns it. The user-owner has the duty to ensure that the URL of the QR-Code targets a site of his property, or that the owner of the targeted site has given his consent. The user-owner is solely responsible for any abusive determination of the URL of the QR-Code.

i-Tego refrains from disseminating users’ QR-Codes, by any means whatsoever.

Rights

This entire site is covered by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.

The publisher claims copyright for all texts and software on this site.
